Information we collect

When you arrive through a referral link, StunM may record the referral code, landing page, an anonymous visitor identifier, and an anonymous session identifier. These identifiers help us measure visits and connect a later signup to the referral that brought you to StunM.

We may record a sanitized referrer host and a length-limited browser user-agent value for aggregate reporting and troubleshooting. Raw IP addresses are not stored in referral records.

When you arrive through a tracked StunM social post, we may store that post's anonymous tracking token in a first-party cookie and browser storage for up to 30 days. If you later create an account, submit an enterprise inquiry, or complete a purchase, the related outcome may be counted against that post. Conversion reports do not include your name, email address, or other contact details.

How we use referral information

We use referral information to count visits, measure campaign performance, prevent duplicate counting, and attribute registrations. Visitors who do not register remain recorded as visits without an organization association.

Facebook connection

If you connect Facebook to StunM, we store your Facebook user ID and name, a user access token, its expiry and granted permissions, available business details, and cached Page and ad account details. Cached Page details may include Page access tokens, Page names, categories, descriptions, follower counts, and picture URLs. Ad account details may include account names, currency, status, and amount spent. We also store your selected Page and ad account IDs.

We use this information to show the Facebook Pages and ad accounts available to your StunM organization, maintain the connection and your selections, publish or schedule Page posts when you request it, and support ad campaign creation and reporting when you use those features. The information is associated with the StunM organization where you connect Facebook.

We keep the connection data while the integration remains connected, subject to your deletion request and applicable retention obligations. An organization owner can disconnect Meta in StunM, which removes that organization's saved connection. You can also request deletion of your Facebook connection data; that process can cover every StunM organization connected by the same Facebook user ID. Deleting connection data does not remove posts or ads already published on Facebook.

LinkedIn connections

If you connect LinkedIn, StunM uses LinkedIn's authorization process to request the permissions needed for the features you choose. The organization connection currently requests openid, profile, email, r_basicprofile, rw_organization_admin, r_organization_social, w_organization_social, w_member_social, rw_ads, and r_ads_reporting. A separate personal-post connection requests identity and profile permissions plus w_member_social; it also requests r_member_postAnalytics only when that feature is enabled and available to our application. LinkedIn controls which permissions it grants, and available features depend on your LinkedIn roles and permissions.

We receive and store the connected member's LinkedIn identifier, basic profile and email information returned by LinkedIn, granted scopes, access and refresh tokens where provided, token expiry information, available organization Pages, Page roles and selections, and available ad accounts. A personal connection is linked to the StunM user who authorized it; an organization connection is linked to the StunM organization. We use the connection credentials to maintain access to the LinkedIn features you authorize.

When you use LinkedIn features, StunM may retrieve and display Page and personal posts, post details, social interactions, Page and post statistics, ad accounts, campaigns, creatives, and advertising performance data available to the connected account. We use that information to show and manage your LinkedIn activity and reports in StunM. If you choose to publish or schedule content, we send the content, media, selected author or Page, and related instructions to LinkedIn. If you use ad management, we send the campaign and creative settings you provide. StunM may retain drafts, approval decisions, publication identifiers, status, and reporting results so your organization can manage that work.

We keep LinkedIn connection and related work data while needed to provide the integration, subject to applicable retention obligations. To request access, correction, disconnection, or deletion of LinkedIn data held by StunM, follow our LinkedIn data deletion instructions. Revoking access or deleting StunM connection data does not remove content or ads already published on LinkedIn; manage those in LinkedIn.

Storage and retention

An anonymous referral value may be kept in browser storage so it can survive navigation to the signup page. Referral visit records are retained for campaign reporting and security operations, then deleted or anonymized under our data-retention procedures.

Your choices and contact

You can clear or block browser storage in your browser settings. For questions about personal data, or to request correction or deletion where applicable, email consulting@stunm.in. For Facebook and LinkedIn connection data, follow our data deletion instructions.
